A Pressure sensor can be delivered as a sensor die for very small embedded applications. The sensor can even be integrated into another device.
A die is usually delivered as tested sensor on a sawn wafer on blue foil (mylar type). The pressure range offered is from 50mbar (5kPa) up to 14bars (1400kPa), die sizes range from 1.48 x 1.62 mm to 2.5 x 2.5 mm.
Typical applications are cost critical, high volume OEM products.
